He pays lip to service to the idea that "everyone has the right to free expression," but says it doesn't include "the right to spread lies" -- "lies" as determined by the state -- and we must thus "regulate social media."

The whole point of the Enlightenment was that we no longer tolerate central authorities to dictate Truth and Falsity. We have the right to decide it ourselves based on our capacity to reason and free debate. This is a reversal of the Enlightenment.
